In 2010, Scott acted\u00a0in seven plays. So in 2011, he decided to take a year off and begin try directing.<\/p>\n
In March of 2011, Scott began my directing career with Martin McDonagh’s\u00a0The Lieutenant\u00a0of Inishmore.<\/em><\/p>\n His\u00a0next directorial\u00a0adventure was Martin McDonagh’s\u00a0A Behanding in Spokane<\/em>\u00a0in November of 2011.<\/p>\n At Iowa State University, Scott\u00a0was the Assistant\u00a0Director\u00a0to Professor Karla Kash when the theater department put on a colorful version of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” This was his\u00a0first taste directing outside of the safety of the classroom.<\/p>\n
